Flavors, Fillings and Icings

Our cakes look beautiful, but do they taste good? You bet! Even better!

Our cakes are ALWAYS torted!  Each tier will have 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling.  You can mix and match, or keep them all the same to create a unique combination of delicious flavors! We are always creating new flavors and would love to create one for you.

Cake Flavors

All made from scratch using our unique recipes.

  • Almond

    This delicious cake is infused with Almond extract to create a wonderful flavor. As one of the most popular wedding cakes, it’s flavors are brought our best when paired with Raspberry or Strawberry filling.

  • French Vanilla

    Some Vanilla cakes can be boring, but not our French Vanilla. Brown sugar is used to give this cake a delightful unique flavor.   This cake pairs well with almost ALL fillings.  From fruit fillings to Chocolate creams everything tastes amazing with this cake!

  • Chocolate

    If you love Chocolate, this one is for you! Our secret ingredient, (Coffee!) creates a rich flavor and allows the cocoa to melt before the cake is even baked. Amazing when paired with peanut butter cream filling.

  • Strawberry

    We puree strawberries and add them right into the batter to give this cake a fresh, natural taste. If you want even more flavor, be sure to pair it with the strawberry filling.

  • Lemon

    Lemon zest and fresh lemon juice are what makes this cake unique. This is an amazing lemon cake with a mild flavor. Fruit fillings like Strawberry complete this cake.

  • Apple Cinnamon (Originally called “sweetie pie”)

    Apple Cinnamon was an experiment gone right! Apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg were added to our French vanilla cake to create this one of a kind flavor. Bavarian cream or even coconut filling is amazing with this cake.

  • Vanilla Mocha

    Another experiment gone right! Hot coffee was added to our French vanilla cake to create a dream come true. It has a mild flavor, so even my “coffee hating” husband likes it, but us coffee lovers can recognize the flavor. Pair it with caramel filling to remind you of a Caramel Macchiato!

  • Marble

    Our Rich Chocolate cake and Moist Vanilla cakes are swirled together to create this beautiful, flavorful cake. Also available, a red velvet marble.

  • Carrot

    Fresh Carrots are what makes this cake extra moist. Perfect for any time of the year, but a favorite in the fall and winter. Nuts and raisins are also chopped and added, but can be left out.

  • Pineapple

    Crushed pineapples and pineapple juice are used in this recipe to give this cake a delightful flavor. Pair this cake with Key lime, coconut, or strawberry filling to make it a tropical favorite.

  • Red Velvet

    A southern favorite, this old recipe is a favorite among many. This cake is not overly sweet, so paired with traditional Cream cheese icing, it is amazing.

  • Champagne

    Pink champagne gives this cake a unique wonderful flavor.


  • Raspberry

    A fruit filling made from pureed raspberries. A bold flavor that compliments many cakes.

  • Strawberry

    A fruit filling made from pureed and chopped strawberries. Fresh, delightful flavor that many love!

  • Coconut

    Even if you don’t like coconut, give this one a try. A mild flavor and finely chopped coconut create a wonderful filling to compliment a French vanilla cake.

  • White Chocolate

    White chocolate is melted down and added to make this sweet filling.

  • Chocolate Cream

    A pudding like filling adds a delicate, light consistency but with an taste

  • Bavarian Cream

    Very similar to a Boston cream pie or donut filling. This is also a delicate, light, pudding like filling with an amazing taste!

  • Chocolate Butter Cream

    A chocolate lovers dream. When paired with chocolate cake. Very rich but AMAZING!

  • Pineapple

    A Fruit Filling made from crushed pineapple. Paired with Pineapple, French vanilla, almond or strawberry cake for a unique tropical taste.

  • Lemon Curd

    Consistency similar to a cream but with a fruit, this filling is rich and Bold and very pleasing.

  • Key Lime

    A lighter taste than the lemon curd but also with that delightful citrus taste. Pair it with the Pineapple or strawberry cake for a special treat.

  • Caramel

    Brown sugar is slowly cooked down to help create this rich Carmel filling. Amazing with Apple Cinnamon cake

  • Peanut Butter

    All natural peanut butter is used to create this “to-die-for” filling. Love Reese’s cups? You HAVE to try this.

  • Oreo

    Oreo cookies are added to our cream cheese icing to add an awesome little crunch. Pairs best with chocolate cake.


  • Butter Cream Icing

A traditional favorite. Our recipe is not too sweet as many can be and can be just as smooth as fondant!

  • Cream Cheese Icing

    Yummy icing that can be used as a filling in many cakes!
